In this episode, we chat with serial entrepreneur Ben Carrington who was awarded a scholarship to Bond University on the Gold Coast where he completed a Bachelor of Business with a major in Property. After graduating Ben lived and worked in New York for 2 years before moving to Sydney. There Ben started a call-centre business that grew to 150 staff members over a 3-year period. Following the success of that business, Ben co-founded C2B Solutions which was a digital lead generation business and was later acquired by an ASX company. In 2016, Ben invested into Atlas Dining which was his brother Charlie Carrington’s dream restaurant concept. Atlas Dining changes cuisine every 4 months and Chef Charlie Carrington travels to a different country to develop the menus. Atlas Dining was awarded Melbourne’s best new restaurant in 2017. Atlas Dining is now 5 years old and was forced to close temporarily in March 2020 due to COVID lockdowns. It is during this time that Atlas Masterclass, a recipe box delivery service, was established.
Nothing can hold Ben back and he shares his journey and insights here with host Melanie Burnicle.
